FAT AND LAZY PEOPLE

What is it with some fat people they make me sick! I am recovering from a stroke, I had to learn to walk again and now I can now limp 2 kilometers and climb 11 flights of stairs per day now if I can do that and I'm disabled then if your overwieght and have two working legs and can get up off your butt then do it for goodness sakes because when its gone you will wish you could run and then my friend it's too late! you dont have to run just grab someone and go for a walk instead of lazing around on that couch life is short and not always sweet thin people are not just made thin nor are fat people just born fat lifestyle is a factor we all know what foods are bad for us and what ones are good stop looking for easy answers like those adds propose to give like doing sittups while watching TVsurely there is no more room under the bed to shove another crappy machine go and buy a pair of sneakers you dont have to go on a fad diet or run every minute of the day just take it slowly , take the stairs not the lift walk to the bus stop be aware of what you eat let your concioncionce be your guide when you finish reading this go for a 40 minute walk come home have a shower and see how good you feel don't expect to loose 40kg in 1 week and stay away from the scales let the mirror be your guide give yourself positive affirmations when you are going to sleep like I am worthy to be thin I am a good person .Remember whatever you do don't give yourself a big treat of food or choclates for going on a walk just positive affirmations if you want to treat yourself try a massage not fatty foods also soft drink is one of the worst things to drink try water or tea if you have too
